Our story began in October 2025, when we opened in Gliwice as OhMyRamen. Over time we felt we wanted a place that was fully our own. In April 2026, Ramen Rebel was born: new name, new energy, new standards, same goal. Ramen without compromise.
We wanted you to feel Japan from the moment you step inside, so we obsessed over every detail: the decor, the music, the whole mood. Plenty of guests tell us that once they're in, it's easy to forget they're in the middle of Gliwice.
